One-to-one or partner training: which suits you?
Choose one-to-one training when you want maximum individual focus. Choose partner training when sharing the session will make training more enjoyable, affordable or easier to stick with.

Choose one-to-one for maximum focus
Every part of the session can be shaped around you: your goals, pace, technique and how you feel that day. It is the most focused option and regular sessions start from £30.
- You prefer complete privacy
- You have a very individual goal
- You value Lucy’s undivided attention
- You want maximum flexibility within the session
Choose partner training to share the experience
Two people train together while still receiving direct coaching. Exercises and weights can be adjusted individually, so partners do not need identical experience or fitness. Regular sessions start from £24 each.
- You enjoy training with someone you know
- Shared accountability helps you stay consistent
- You want to reduce the per-person cost
- Your goals work well within the same session
Still not sure?

Questions, answered
Useful things to know.
Is partner training less personal?+
The session is shared, but Lucy still coaches both people directly and adjusts exercises or loads where needed.
Do partners need the same goals?+
No. It helps if your goals can fit within the same session, but your exact exercises, loads and progress do not need to be identical.
Can more than two people train?+
Yes. Small-group coaching is available for three or four people.
